自冲铆成形机理及静力学性能分析

         

摘要

对自冲铆接头进行静力学试验,观察和分析力学性能的差异和失效形式.用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟铆接过程中各个阶段材料的流向分布,观察自冲铆成形过程.以5052铝合金自冲铆接头为金相实验对象,采用阳极化制膜进行制样,微分干涉相衬法对其进行组织形态和流向观察分析,验证模拟结果,从微观角度分析自冲铆的成形机理及对接头力学性能的影响.%Static tests were conducted to the self-piercing riveting (SPR), and the mechanical properties and failure modes were analyzed. The ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the flow and distribution of material during different stages of the SPR. The metallographic observation was held of 5052 aluminum riveted joints, the samples were prepared by anodizing the membrane, and the material flow was observed by differential interference contrasts (DIC), which validated the simulation results and analyzed the effect of forming mechanism on the mechanic propertie of joint microcosmically.
