改性稻草颗粒对铜离子的吸附研究

         

摘要

After grinding, screening and drying, straw particles (SPs) were pretreated with distilled water. The treated straw particles were used as adsorbent to remove copper ions from waste water. In order to obtain high adsorption capacity, straw particles were treated with sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide. UV-visible spectrophotome-ter was applied to determine the adsorption capacity of straw particles. The experimental results show that the adsorption capacity of straw particles (0. 1 - 0. 2 mm) which were grinded and soaked in water for 4 h reaches a maximum at 35 ℃/2. 5 h. After sulfuric acid treatment, the straw particles exhibit a better adsorption performance and have a greater adsorption capacity than that of unmodified straw particles. The straw particles (0. 1-0. 2 mm) which were soaked in water for 4 h, de-wax treated, and then soaked in sulfuric acid for 4 h and in sodium hydroxide for 8 h, can obtain a adsorption capacity up to 4. 7 mg/g at 35 ℃ /2. 5 h.%以稻草为原料,经粉碎、筛分及蒸馏水浸泡预处理,初步确定了吸附铜离子的条件,探讨了经过硫酸、碱处理的改性稻草的吸附效果,并采用紫外-可见分光光度计测定其吸附量.实验结果表明:粒径为0.1~0.2 mm的稻草颗粒经水浸泡4h,在35℃吸附2.5h,吸附量可达最大值;经硫酸处理后,稻草颗粒对铜离子的吸附性能得到改善,其吸附量大于未改性稻草颗粒的吸附量;选择0.1~0.2 mm的稻草颗粒,用水浸泡4h并用丙酮脱蜡处理,然后分别用硫酸浸泡4h、NaOH浸泡8h,在35℃吸附2.5h,吸附量达到4.7 mg/g.
