Ga取代Mn对固体氧化物燃料电池阳极材料La4Sr8Ti11Mn1-xGaxO38-δ微结构、性能的影响

         

摘要

采用球磨-高温固相法合成固体氧化物燃料电池阳极材料La4 Sr8 Ti11 Mn1-xGarO38-δ(x=0、0.25、0.50、0.75),并研究Ga取代量对该系列材料(LSTMG)的晶体结构、热膨胀系数(TEC)、电子电导率的影响规律.研究结果表明,随着Ga取代量的增加,LSTMG的晶格常数逐渐减小,电子电导率先增加后降低,热膨胀系数呈现先降低后增加的趋势.当x=0.50时,该系列材料具有较好的综合性能.%The anode materials La4Sr8Ti11Mn1-xGaxO38-δ(x=0, 0. 25, 0. 50, 0. 75) oxides for solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) were synthesized by solid state reaction and the influences of substitution Mn with Ga on the microstructures, thermal expansion coefficient (TEC) and electrical conductivity of this series of materials were investigated. With the increase of x value, the lattice parameter decreased, and the thermal expansion coefficient decreased firstly and then increased. In addition, the electrical conductivity increased and then decreased with the substitution of Mn for Ga. In a word, La4Sr8Ti11Mn0.50Ga0.50O38-δ had the best overall properties in this series of materials.
