Global satellite position system (GPS) is of woridwideness,allweather and continual precision navigation as well as positioning capability.GPS has an extensive application in aviation,voyage and communication on earth.The actual use of CK-1 piloteless plane in flight path is discussed.The research of GPS technology has improved the precision of CK-1 pilotless plane.GPS’s principle and its method are also introduced.%GPS全球卫星定位系统具有全球性、全天候、连续精密导航与定位能力，在航空、航海和地面交通等领域得到广泛应用。结合CK-1无人机在某海区实际飞行航路，研究使用GPS技术提高CK-1无人机飞行引导精度的应用原理及方法。
