In this paper ,the three-dimensional model of the output shaft of a chemical reducer is established by CATIA software . The ANSYS is used to do finite element analysis on the output shaft of reducer ,and the stress and displacement of the shaft are ob-tained .The results show that the output shaft can meet the demand of the strength and stiffness .%利用CATIA软件创建了某化工减速器输出轴的三维模型 ,采用CATIA 自带的有限元分析模块和ANSYS软件分别对其进行有限元分析 ,通过计算得到输出轴的位移分布图和应力分布图.有限元分析结果表明 ,输出轴的强度和刚度都满足要求.
