Starting from the research status of bearing lubrication analysis ,this paper compared and evaluated the calculation methods of the load on the main crankshaft bearing and the axis orbit .Through analyzing the influences of different factors which includs fule supply characteristics ,boundary conditions and thermal impact factors on the main bearing lubrication characteristics ,this paper pointed out the analysis of considering multi factors coupling lubrication would be the trend of development in the future lubrication analysis of crankshaft bearing ,and it would be gradually improved and perfected .It provides some reference for the future research direction of lubrication analysis of crankshaft bearing .%从轴承润滑分析的研究现状出发，对比研究了曲轴主轴承负荷和轴心轨迹的计算方法，并对其进行了评价。通过分析不同影响因素（供油特性、边界条件、热影响因素等）对主轴承润滑特性的影响，提出了同时考虑多影响因素的耦合润滑分析研究将是未来曲轴轴承润滑分析的发展趋势，并将逐步得到完善，为今后轴承润滑分析的研究指明了方向。
