For a long time, because of its unique and excel ent anti-inflammatory and immune inhibitory ef ect, glucocorticoid (glucocorticoid, GC) has been widely used insome clinical diseases. Although the application of GC reduces the morbidity and mort ality of many diseases notably , there are many side ef ects af ecting the patients' metabolism, such as osteoporosis,one of the most serious side ef ects of long-term GC applications.This article reviewed the prevention and treatment progress of glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis.%一直以来，糖皮质激素( glucocorticoid，GC)其具有独特以及良好的抗炎和免疫抑制作用，在一些临床疾病中，得到了广泛的应用。虽然GC的应用极大程度上降低了许多疾病的发病率和死亡率，但同时也有许多影响机体代谢的副作用，其中骨质疏松症是长期应用GC最为严重的副作用之一，本文对糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症的预防及治疗进展作一综述。
