目的探讨HE4在卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断及疾病转归中的价值。方法采用电化学发光法，分别检测卵巢恶性肿瘤35例、卵巢交界性肿瘤10例、卵巢良性肿瘤12例以及健康妇女40例血清中HE4水平，探讨HE4水平与卵巢癌的关系。结果在卵巢恶性肿瘤组的血清HE4水平显著高于其他各组，以卵巢良性肿瘤及健康妇女作参考人群，血清HE4水平在66.15pmol/L时，HE4诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤的敏感度为82.6%，特异度为95.3%。结论血清HE4水平与卵巢恶性肿瘤及临床转归密切关联。%Objective To explore the application value of serum human epididymis protein 4 (HE4) in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors and prognosis of disease. Methods The electrochemical luminescence method was used to detect the serum level of HE4 in patients with malignant ovarian tumors (n=35), borderline ovarian tumors (n=10), and benign ovarian tumors (n=12) as wel as healthy women (n=40), and to investigate the relationship between HE4 level and ovarian cancer. Results The serum levels of HE4 in the group with malignant ovarian tumors were apparently higher than those in the other groups. Using the groups with benign ovarian tumors and healthy women as reference, when the serum level of HE4 in was 66.15 pmol/L, the sensitivity and specificity HE4 diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumors were 82.6%and 95.3%, respectively. Conclusion The serum level of HE4 was closely related to the malignant ovarian tumors and clinical outcomes.
