目的：调查机械通气患者，探讨引起鲍曼不动杆菌呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)感染的临床分析。方法分析近4年来住我院呼吸内科32例行机械通气患者支气管内的分泌物进行细菌培养，诊断为医院获得性鲍曼不动杆菌VAP引起的临床资料分析。结果呼吸机相关性肺炎中鲍曼不动杆菌增加的原因。结论对机械通气的患者，合理使用抗生素，采用有效的护理对策，可降低感染，提高治疗效果。%Objective To investigate the mechanical ventilation of patients to explore the infections caused by A.baumanni in ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) of the clinical analysis. Methods A retrospective analysis of the past four years I lived secretions respiratory medicine hospital 32 cases of mechanical ventilation in patients with bronchial within the bacterial culture, for the diagnosis of hospital-acquired A.baumanni caused VAP clinical data analysis. Results A.baumanni increasing cause of ventilator-associated pneumonia proportion. Conclusion Patients on mechanical ventilation, rational use of antibiotics, the use of ef ective care measures to reduce infection and improve treatment.
