目的：探讨一种简易、准确的颅内血肿穿刺定位方法，将引流管准确置入颅内血肿的最佳位置，使引流效果达最佳状态，降低患者的致残率和致死率，治疗效果满意。方法我院2012年8月~2013年8月收治的高血压脑出血并颅内血肿患者共50例，对具有穿刺引流治疗手术指征的患者35例，采用CT指导先画出正中矢状线，再画出血肿最大层面在头部的冠状面，然后画出平行于正中矢状面且经过血肿中心的矢状面，两平面在额部的焦点即为穿刺点，穿刺时保持穿刺导管同时平行于上述两平面，穿刺深度为穿刺点至血肿边缘的最长距离。结果穿刺成功率达100%，引流效果满意，降低了患者的致残率和致死率。%Objective to investigate the localization method of intracranial hematoma puncture is simple,accurate,the best position for precise placement of drainage tube for intracranial hematoma,the drainage ef ect of the best state,reduce patient morbidity and mortality,the treatment ef ect was satisfactory. Method In our hospital from 2012August to 2013 August were hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and intracranial hematoma in 50 cases,35 cases of puncture and drainage of syndrome patient treatment operation,guiding the first draw the sagit al line using CT and then draw the largest hematoma level at the head of the coronal plane,and then draw the line in the median sagit al plane plane and the sagit al plane for the center of hematoma puncture points,two in the frontal plane of focus,to keep the catheter puncture and paral el to the two plane,the longest distance puncture depth of the puncture point to the edge of the hematoma. Results the successful rate of puncture was 100%,the ef ect of drainage satisfaction,reduces patient morbidity and mortality.
