Objective To observe the clinical ef ect of The Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pill in Early Diabetic Nephropathy patients.Methods 74 patients with Early Diabetic Nephropathy were divided into 2 groups randomly:control and therapeutic groups,37 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated only Antihypertensive therapy and Hypoglycemic therapy;the patients in therapeutic groups were add with The Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pil .Results The overal ef iciency rate of control group was 55.0%,the show ef iciency rate was 21.6%;The overal ef iciency rate of therapeutic group was 83.8%,the show ef iciency rate was 45.9%.The discrepancy have statistical significance( <0.01). Conclusion The Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pill is effective in Early Diabetic Nephropathy patients.%目的观察六味地黄丸治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法将74例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组，对照组用单纯降压降糖治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用六味地黄丸。结果对照组显效率为（8/43）18.60%，有效率为（7/43）16.28%，总有效率为（15/43）34.88%，治疗组显效率为（13/43）30.23%，有效率为（17/43）39.53%，总有效率为（30/43）69.77%。两组总有效率比较，差异具有统计学意义（<0.01）。结论六味地黄丸治疗早期糖尿病肾病有较好疗效。
