目的：总结210例高龄腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的护理体。方法对我院210例高龄腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果本组210例患者均痊愈出院。结论术前宣教、术中正确评估和护理是重点，采取正确完善的护理是保证手术成功的关键。%Objective To summarize the nursing of 210 cases of elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Our hospital 210 cases of elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed the nursing. Results In this group, 210 patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion Correct preoperative evaluation and intraoperative nursing education, nursing is the key, take the correct and perfect is the key to ensure successful operation.
