目的：探讨腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术治疗先天性无阴道手术方法及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析22例腹腔镜下腹膜阴道成形术患者的临床资料,观察手术操作时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后阴道生长情况及性生活因子评分,评价手术效果。结果22例患者手术均成功,平均手术时间(72.45±9.40)min,术中出血量(58.30±4.56)ml,术后住院时间(7.45±1.56)d。22例患者人工阴道均能容纳窥阴器,深度(9.28±1.38)cm,人工阴道黏膜光滑、红润,柔软度及弹性符合解剖结构及生理要求；1例阴道肉芽肿,予LEEP息肉切除治愈。术后1年有同房史者性生活因子评分与常模差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下腹膜阴道成形术创伤小、恢复快、术后患者性生活满意。%Objective To investigate the technique and therapeutic ef ect of laparoscopy-assisted peritoneum vaginoplasty in the treatment of congenital absence of vagina. Methods A total of 22cases of congenital absence of vagina.received laparoscopic assisted peritoneum vaginoplasty in our hospital,ENRICH marital inventory (Olson)was used for fol ow-up.Results The operation were performed successful y in al the 22 cases.The operative time was (72.45±9.40)min,and intraoperative blood loss was (58.30±4.56) ml.The patients were discharged from hospital in a mean of(7.45±1.56)days after the operation.The vaginal length was(9.28±1.38)cm in 22 cases.The surface of reconstructed vagina was smooth ,ruddy and flexible,the vaginal granuloma was found in 1 case.In the patients,14 cases had sexual Iife after the operation,the ENRICH sex factors score of these patients has no significant dif erence from the constant score( >0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted peritoneum vaginoplasty is a minimal y invasive procedure.It is a good choice to achieve rapid recovery and content sexual life.
