目的探索PBL教学模式在消化性溃疡教学中的应用效果。方法在某大学医学院2009级临床专业本科学生的消化性溃疡课程中采用PBL教学法。结果教师和学生的评价均表明PBL教学能促进学生更好地掌握知识点、提高主管能动性、团队合作等。结论 PBL教学法应用到临床教学中取得了良好的效果，提高了教学质量，可广泛推广。%Objective To explore the application ef ect of PBL teaching model in peptic ulcer. Methods Using the PBL model in course of peptic ulcer withing the students in medicine 2009. Results The examination results showed that scores of the PBL group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group.And the questionnaire results all implied that students of PBL group couldlearn more knowledge,more initiative and positive,more corporative and so on. Conclusion PBL teaching method play an important role in peptic ulcer.
