Objective To investigate the use of the "do not disturb" vest to improve medication safety. Methods In the dispensing, injections, dosing, wear hair mouth medication process this vest. Results The use of the"do not disturb"vest than before more coherent and drug safety. Conclusion Using this vest improve medication safety, eliminate the drug safety hidden trouble, avoid accident happening.%目的：探讨使用"请勿打扰"背心提高用药安全。方法在配药，打针，加药，发口服药过程中穿戴此背心。结果使用"请勿打扰"背心比以前用药过程更具连贯性与安全性。结论使用此背心提高用药安全，杜绝用药安全隐患，规避差错事故的发生。
