Objective To investigate and analyze the ef ect of nursing intervention on pain of gynecological and obstetric patients. Methods The 84 cases in our hospital in patients with cesarean delivery of randomly grouped into control group and intervention group. Control group: routine nursing care; intervention group: the implementation of nursing intervention based on routine nursing. Results In the control group, VAS was (6.19 ±1.27) and intervention group was (2.96 ± 0.87) comparison ( <0.05). The control group patients satisfaction was 88.1% (37/42) and intervention group (41/42) compared with 97.6%( <0.05). Conclusion Tthe nursing intervention in gynecological and obstetric patients, can reduce the pain of patients, improve patient satisfaction.%目的：探讨和分析护理干预对妇产科患者术后疼痛的影响分析。方法此次在我院进行剖宫产的84例患者按照随机数字表法分组为对照组和干预组。对照组：实施常规护理；干预组：在常规护理基础上实施护理干预。结果对照组VAS评分为(6.19±1.27)分与干预组评分为(2.96±0.87)分比较(<0.05)。对照组患者满意度为88.1%(37/42)与干预组97.6%(41/42)比较(<0.05)。结论对妇产科患者术后实施护理干预，能够减轻患者的疼痛，提高患者的满意度。
