Objective To study the clinical ef ect of osteoarthritis using traditional Chinese medicine combined with ultrashort wave therapy. Methods In our hospital from March 2012 ~2014 year in March 352 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis, according to the dif erent methods of treatment were divided into two groups, 134 patients in the control group were treated with indomethacin tablets, the observation group of 218 patients using traditional Chinese medicine combined with ultrashort wave therapy, after treatment, were compared between the two groups were treated for 2 weeks, 1 months and 2 months of clinical ef ect. Results The two groups were compared, after 2 weeks of treatment, observe the excel ent rate of patient group was 77.98%, control group patients was 55.93%;after 1 months of treatment, observe the excel ent rate of patient group was 86.24%, control group patients was 66.10%;after 2 months of treatment, observation the excel ent and good rate of patient group was 91.74%, control group patients was 61.02%; after the contrast can be seen, the patients in observation group with the extension of treatment time, treatment is excel ent with the number increasing, while the control group with the extension of treatment time, only 1 months after the excel ent rate was the highest, and decreased at each time point;the excel ent and good rate of the control patients were significantly lower than those in the observation group, the dif erences between the two groups were significant, with statistical significance ( <0.05). Conclusion The clinical ef ect of knee osteoarthritis with traditional Chinese medicine combined with ultrashort wave therapy for patients with significant, the side ef ect is smal , and there is no operation risk, it is used in clinical practice.%目的：研究骨关节炎运用中药内服联合超短波治疗的临床效果。方法我院选择2012年3月~2014年3月诊治的352例膝关节骨性关节炎患者，根据治疗方法的不同将其分为两组，对照组的134例患者运用消炎痛片进行治疗，观察组的218例患者运用中药内服配合超短波实施治疗，经过治疗后，分别比较两组患者治疗2w、1个月以及2个月的临床效果。结果通过对两组患者进行比较，经过2w的治疗后，观察组患者的优良率为77.98%，对照组患者为55.93%；经过1个月的治疗后，观察组患者的优良率为86.24%，对照组患者为66.10%；经过2个月的治疗后，观察组患者的优良率为91.74%，对照组患者为61.02%；经过对比可以看出，观察组患者随着治疗时间的延长，治疗优良的患者数量越来越多，而对照组随着治疗时间的延长，只有在1个月时优良率最高，之后有所降低；而且在每个时间点对照组患者的优良率均明显低于观察组，两组患者差异显著，有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎运用中药内服联合超短波治疗的临床效果显著，对患者来说副作用较小，而且不存在手术的风险，值得在临床上推广使用。
