Objective:To study of the postoperative rehabilitation effect of fast track surgery combined with Rhubarb Mirabilite umbilical sticking rehabilitation in gastrointestinal surgery patients.Method:From May 2012 to May 2015 in our hospital gastrointestinal surgery 150 patients were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C,50 patients in each group.Group C was given the traditional way of treatment,group B was given fast track surgery rehabilitation, group A was given fast track surgery combined with Rhubarb Mirabilite umbilicalsticking rehabilitation.The postoperative rehabilitation effects of three groups were compared.Result:CRP of three groups were reducing in 3 d after operation,postoperative the third day compared with preoperative the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the differences between groups were not statistical significance(P>0.05). Postoperative anal exhaust time,incision healing time,length of hospital stay and hospital expenses on indicators, group A and group B had statistical significance difference(P<0.05). Except the recovery of the anus exhaust time,other indicators of group A and group C,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and inflammation reaction of group A were lower than those of other two groups, good healing rate was significantly higher,and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Fast track surgery combined with Rhubarb Mirabilite umbilical sticking postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal surgery patients have a significant effect,to alleviate the suffering of patients,promote rapid postoperative benign outcomes while reducing hospital stays and reducing the cost of treatment purposes,it is worth of integrative perioperative implementation of the application.%目的：研究胃肠手术患者应用快速康复外科结合大黄芒硝贴敷脐部的术后康复效果。方法：选择2012年5月-2015年5本院月收治的胃肠手术患者150例，随机分为A组、B组及C组，每组50例。C组采用传统方式治疗，B组采用快速康复外科进行康复，A组采用快速康复外科结合大黄芒硝贴敷脐部进行康复，比较两组患者术后康复效果。结果：三组患者CRP生化检测结果均在术后第3天有所降低，术后第3天与术前相比差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），各组间比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；三组患者术后肛门恢复排气时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间、住院费用等指标，A组与B组各项指标比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；A组和C组除术后肛门恢复排气时间外，其他各指标比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；A组不良反应、炎症反应的发生率明显较其他两组更低，愈合良好率明显更高，且差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：快速康复外科结合大黄芒硝贴敷脐部对胃肠手术患者的术后康复有显著疗效，达到了减轻患者痛苦，促进术后快速、良性转归，同时缩短住院时间和降低治疗费用的目的，值得在中西医结合围手术期实施应用。
