Objective:To study the influence factors of Zhongshan City pregnancy eugenics health education quality in the health examination.Method:A total of 1000 cases of registered population and transient population family planning couple were selected from Zhongshan City,referred to“about undergo pre-baby eugenics health education for pregnant couples questionnaire”,pre-baby eugenics health education quality influencing factors in health examination were investigated.Result:986 valid questionnaires were totally recovered, the recovery rate was 98.60%(986/1000).Health education in pregnancy health inspection object were mainly in 20-40 years old,professional,high school or above,eugenics health education existing way of promotion werelectures,Internet,television and newspapers,understand and accept to eugenics health education project consciously or passive consulting service check,to gain higher expectation eugenics health knowledge,attitude toward the experience in the family planning personnel,professional and obtained satisfactory evaluation. Conclusion:Through health knowledge lecture,personalized health guidance,video health education,health education publicity column,outpatient health counseling and follow-up education helps to strengthen the family planning couple's concept of eugenic and superior nurture,reduce the risk of birth defects.%目的：探讨中山市孕前优生健康检查中健康教育质量的影响因素。方法：选取中山市户籍与流动人口计划生育夫妇共1000对，参照《关于接受孕前优生健康教育待孕夫妇的调查问卷》调查孕前优生健康检查中健康教育质量的影响因素。结果：共回收986份有效问卷调查表，回收率98.60%（986/1000）。孕前健康检查中健康教育对象主要以20~40岁，有职业，高中及以上学历为主，对优生健康教育现有的宣传推广方式（讲座、网络、电视与报纸）了解并接受，对优生健康教育服务项目自觉或被动咨询检查，对获得优生健康知识的期望值较高，对基层计生人员经验、专业与态度的评价较为满意。结论：通过健康知识讲座，个性化健康指导，视频健康教育，健康教育宣传栏，门诊健康咨询与随访教育有助于强化计划生育夫妇的优生优育观念，降低出生缺陷的发生风险。
