Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic perforater vein surgery(SEPS) to cure varicose vein of lower limb.Method:A total of 68 cases of varicose vein of lower limb in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects.All participants were randomly divided into two groups,one group received subfascial endoscopic perforater vein surgery combined with high ligation and resection of superficial veins(SEPS group),another group only received high ligation and resection of superficial veins(non-SEPS group).The numbers and healing time of incision,the healing time and occurrence of skin ulcer in patients with postoperative recovery,and take the satisfaction survey followed up for six months were compared.Result:The total scores of the degree of satisfaction in SEPS group was obvious higher than that of the non- SEPS group(P<0.05). The numbers of incision in SEPS group was obvious more than that of non- SEPS group(P<0.01),but the healing time of incision had no difference(P>0.05).The healing time and occurrence of skin ulcer in SEPS group were (23.8±0.7)days and 0 case,non-SEPS group were (33.4±1.5)days and 5 cases,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of SEPS to cure varicose vein of lower limb can reduce occurrence of skin ulcer and promote the ulcer to heal up,which can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life.%目的：探讨腔镜深筋膜下交通静脉结扎术（SEPS）在下肢静脉曲张治疗中的效果。方法：将本科2010年1月-2015年1月收治的68例下肢静脉曲张患者随机分为两组。38例（SEPS组）行腔镜深筋膜下交通静脉结扎术（SEPS）+大隐静脉高位结扎分段抽剥+浅表静脉切除术，30例（non-SEPS组）行大隐静脉高位结扎分段抽剥+浅表静脉切除术。术后对患者每条肢体的切口数量、切口愈合时间、溃疡愈合时间和复发例数进行统计，随访6个月患者对术后恢复的满意度进行调查。结果：术后患者的生活满意度评分，SEPS组优于non-SEPS组（P<0.05）。SEPS组切口数量多于non-SEPS组（P<0.01），但两组切口愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。SEPS组溃疡愈合时间及溃疡复发例数分别为（23.8±0.7）d、0例，而non-SEPS组为（33.4±1.5）d及5例，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：腔镜深筋膜下交通静脉结扎术能够降低下肢静脉曲张引起的皮肤溃疡的复发，还能促进溃疡创面的愈合，提高了患者的生活质量。
