Objective:To study the effect of individual psychological nursing on perioperative period of artificial hip joint replacement.Method:From June 2012 to December 2015,100 cases of artificial hip joint replacement in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,each group had 50 cases.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given individual psychological nursing,nursing effect of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)score of observation group were lower than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individual psychological nursing in the application of artificial hip joint replacement is significant,and it is worth of clinical extensive promotion.%目的：研究个体化心理护理对人工髋关节置换术患者围术期的影响。方法：选取2012年6月-2015年12月本院收治的行人工髋关节置换术患者100例作为研究对象，根据不同的护理方式分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予个体化心理护理，比较分析两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组护理后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分均低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：个体化心理护理在人工髋关节置换术中的应用价值显著，值得临床广泛推广。
