目的：对四肢长管状骨骨折患者进行骨外固定支架治疗，观察并评定系统化护理的临床效果。方法：选取160例四肢长管状骨骨折并且使用骨外固定支架方法进行治疗的患者进行试验，用随机数字表法分为对照组80例和试验组80例。对照组实行骨科常规护理方式，试验组实行系统化护理模式，之后对患者进行为期1年的随访，对两种护理模式下患者的预后情况、并发症情况以及患者自我护理意识评分情况进行比较。结果：试验组患者预后情况和自我护理意识评分情况与对照组相比有显著提高，并发症的发生率显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对使用骨外固定支架进行治疗的四肢长管状骨骨折患者而言，系统化护理有着显著优势，使患者的预后情况更理想，临床效果显著提高。%Objective:To treat limbs long tubular bone fracture patients with bone external fixation,and to observe and evaluate the clinical effect nursing.Method:160 limbs patients with long tubular bone fracture who were treated with bone external fixation method were selected , divided them into 80 cases of the control group and the experimental group of 80 cases.The control group used implemented department of orthopedics routine care, the experimental group was carried systematic nursing mode, did one-year follow-up of patients,compared the prognosis and complication as well as patients’self care awareness scores of patients with two kinds of nursing mode.Result:Compared to experimental group, control group’s self care awareness scores was significantly improved,the incidence of complications decreased significantly(P<0.05),the comparison of the results with statistical significance.Conclusion:For limbs longtubular bone fracture patients treated with bone external fixation,systematic nursing has significant advantages, it makes patient’s prognosis more ideal and the clinical efficacy has improved significantly.
