目的：观察无症状性高尿酸血症患者血浆脂联素和抵抗素水平，并与相似年龄、BMI的健康对照组相比较。方法：选取39例无症状性高尿酸血症男性患者作为研究对象，所有研究对象均为初诊患者，未接受药物和饮食治疗。选取39例健康志愿者作为对照组。收集两组血浆标本，利用ELISA技术检测脂联素和抵抗素水平。结果：高尿酸血症组血浆脂联素水平显著低于健康对照组[（4.16±1.95）μg/mL vs （13.37±5.10）μg/mL，P<0.01]，而抵抗素的水平则显著高于健康对照组[（12.53±4.28）ng/mL vs （5.93±3.71）ng/mL，P<0.01]。脂联素与血尿酸水平呈负相关，而抵抗素则与血尿酸水平呈正相关。结论：无症状性高尿酸血症患者的血浆脂联素水平降低，而抵抗素的水平升高，提示高血尿酸可能参与代谢综合征的进程。%Objective:To investigate the plasma levels of adiponectin and resistin in asymptomatic hyperuricemia subjects,and to compare with those of healthy subjects matched for age and body mass index (BMI).Method:39 patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia and 39 healthy subjects were studied. The plasma levels of adiponectin and resistin were determined by ELISA.Result:Plasma resistin levels in hyperuricemia subjects was significantly higher than that of healthy subjects[(4.16±1.95)μg/mL vs (13.37±5.10)μg/mL,P<0.01],while adiponectin plasma levels in hyperuricemia subjects was significantly lower than that of [(12.53±4.28)ng/mL vs (5.93±3.71)ng/mL,P<0.01].The former were negative correlation with blood uric acid level, while the latter positively.Conclusion:The findings suggest that asymptomatic hyperuricemia patients have significantly higher resistin plasma levels and significantly lower adiponectin plasma levels than that of healthy subjects.Hyperuricemia may participate metabolic syndrome process.
