肿瘤靶向特异性光学分子探针的结构与设计策略

         

摘要

Tumor is one of the most serious diseases affecting human health,the traditional methods of examination for early stage of tumor are difficult to make an accurate diagnosis from the molecular level.Optical molecular imaging can make non-invasive detection at the early stage of tumor.The optical molecular probes are the core in the molecular imaging.How to design a targeted,high affinity ideal probe is to become a research hotspot.With the development of both new imaging equipment and optical molecular probes,optical imaging technology has gradually improved and used in clinical,which will be an important tool in the diagnosis of early stage of tumor at the molecular level.%肿瘤是目前严重影响人类健康的疾病之一,传统的检查方法难以从分子水平早期诊断肿瘤。光学分子成像技术是一种采用光学成像,通过分子荧光标记靶向目标,形成光学分子影像进行肿瘤早期非侵入诊断的方法。光学分子探针是光学分子成像技术的核心,如何设计出具有靶向性和高度亲和力的理想探针成为当今研究的热点。同时随着新型成像仪器的开发和光学分子探针的不断发展,光学成像技术将不断完善,成为临床分子水平早期诊断肿瘤的重要方法。
