太原市三级甲等综合医院护士长情绪智力的调查研究

         

摘要

目的:调查太原市三级甲等综合医院护士长群体的情绪智力现状及其影响因素,为下一步的干预研究提供依据和方向.方法:本研究采用情绪智力量表(EIS)对235名护士长进行调查.结果:护士长情绪智力得分为(3.94±0.36)分,不同年龄、婚姻、工作年龄、任职年限和最后学历等作为情绪智力的影响因素,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、0.01).结论:护士长情绪智力处于中等以上水平,其中感知情绪的能力水平最低,在干预研究中应设置相应的课程.%Objective:To investigate the emotional intelligence of head nurse in the 3A-level general hospital of Taiyuan and its influencing factors,and to provide basis and direction,for the intervention of the next step research.Method:A total of 235 head nurses were investigated for emotional intelligence sale(EIS).Result:The EI score of head nurses was(3.94±0.36),age,marriage,time in post,office term and the last degree were seen as influencing factors of emotional intelligence,their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The head nurse emotional intelligence is above average,including perception emotional ability level minimum,a intervention study shall set up further corresponding courses.
