Objective:To discuss the expression of P16 in cerebral vascular malformation(CVM)and analyse it’s significance.Method:Collected specimens of cerebral vascular malformation,the expression of P16 was tested by immunohistochemistry staining in cerebral vascular malformation and normal brain tissue.Result:In cerebral vascular malformation and normal brain tissue specimens,the positive rate of P16 in CVM 32.1%(18/56)was higher than in normal brain tissue 7.4%(2/27),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Rate of the expression of P16 in Cavernous hemangioma was higher than in cerebral vascular malformation,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:P16 gene play a key role in the occurrence and development of cerebral vascular malformation.% 目的：探讨 P16基因在脑血管畸形（CVM）及正常脑组织中的表达情况，讨论其临床病理意义。方法：收集脑血管畸形标本，利用免疫组化方法测定 P16蛋白在正常脑组织及脑血管畸形中的表达情况。结果：在脑血管畸形标本及正常脑组织标本中 P16蛋白阳性表达率分别为32.1%（18/56）及7.4%（2/27），两者比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；P16蛋白在海绵状血管瘤中的表达率高于动静脉畸形中的表达，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：P16基因在脑血管畸形（CVM）的发生发展中有重要作用。
