早期肠内营养对ICU重型颅脑损伤患者的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of early enteral nutrition for ICU patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Method:A comparative analysis on the implementation of early enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition on the nutritional status of patients,the effect of early enteral nutrition support was reflected.Totally 100 cases with severe traumatic brain injury in our hospital from July 2012 to May 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group for 50 cases and the control group for 50 cases.The test group was given early enteral nutritional support,the control group was given parenteral nutrition support. Result:Patients admitted to a week after treatment,the total protein in the blood testing(TP)and albumin (ALB)were detected in the experimental group,found that TP and ALB were significantly higher than the control group,and the risk of complications was significantly less than that of the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:With high safety and good efficacy,early enteral nutrition is well worth clinical application in the treatment of ICU severe traumatic brain injury.%目的:通过对重症监护病房中的重型颅脑损伤患者实施早期肠内营养支持,从而观察治疗效果。方法:运用对比分析法对实施早期肠内营养支持和肠外营养支持的患者的营养状况进行对比分析,从而体现早期肠内营养支持的效果。本文采用此方法将2012年7月-2013年5月收治的100例ICU重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为对照组50例和试验组50例,其中试验组采用早期肠内营养支持,对照组采用肠外营养支持。结果:患者入院治疗1周后,对其血常规检测中的总蛋白(TP)以及白蛋白(ALB)进行检测,发现试验组中TP、ALB明显高于对照组,且出现并发症的几率明显少于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重症监护病房中的重型颅脑损伤患者实施早期肠内营养支持具有安全性、可靠性以及有效性,有利于临床应用。
