目的：比较注射器针头骨膜下与克氏针髓内固定治疗末节指骨骨折的疗效。方法：69指末节指骨中远段骨折，随机分成A、B组， A组用注射器针头骨膜下固定，B组用克氏针髓内固定，记录各组术后手指功能恢复、骨折愈合时间等情况。结果：两组的功能恢复优良率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），骨折愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：注射器针头骨膜下固定治疗末节指骨骨折简便有效，门诊或住院均可采用。%Objective:To compare the curative effect of distal phalanx bone fracture fix with syringe needle subperiosteum or kirschner wire marrow inner. Method:69 fingers with distal phalanx fracture were divided randomely into two groups. Group A was fixed with with syringe needle subperiosteum;group B was fixed with kirschner wire marrow inner. The functional recovery and fracture union time in two group were recorded. Result:There was no obviously statistics difference of functional recovery in two groups(P>0.05). There was no obviously statistics difference of fracture union time in two group(P>0.05). Conclusion:Therapeutic effect of distal phalanx bone fracture fix with syringe needle subperiosteum is convenient and utility,it can deploy in clinic service or emergency or hospitalization.
