Objective:To investigate application of Quality control circle ( QCC) in improving teaching new nurses in male psychiatric ward. Methods:A "Collaboration heart" team were established in order to "enhance male psychiatric ward nurses with new teaching quality and teamwork", and the quality of teaching nurses was evaluated after QCC. Results:The quality of teaching new nurses in the male psychiatric ward was significantly improved. The new nurses can quickly adapt to the psychiatric work environment and processes. This event also forced more tacit coordination and efficiency of the new and old nurses. After the end of teaching, study group was better than the control group in text results. Conclusions:After the launch of QCC activities, the information changes among the new and old nurses increase and are comprehensive, which dispels the fear and psychological tension of the new nurses, thereby teaching work being more efficient, orderly, and worthy of promotion.%目的::探讨品管圈( QCC)活动在提高精神科男病房新护士带教质量中的应用。方法:确定“协作心”小组人员,以“提高精神科男病房新护士带教质量和团队协作力”为主题,比较QCC活动前后,新护士的带教质量和团队协作力。结果:精神科男病房新护士的带教质量明显提高,能较快的适应精神科的工作环境和流程,新老护士的协作力更加默契与高效,两组新护士的专业知识考核成绩,研究组明显优于对照组。结论:开展QCC活动后,新老护理人员的交流增多以及信息的全面性,打消了新护士的恐惧、紧张心理,让带教工作更为高效、有序,值得推广。
