Objective:To investigate effects of different antipsychotics on heart function in patients with schizophrenia. Meth-ods:156 patients with schizophrenia were selected, and randomly divided into three groups:Risperidone group, Clozapine group, Zi-prasidone group, 52 cases in each group. The patients were examined by echocardiography, ECG and movement ECG before and after the treatment, and their heart functions were evaluated. Results:The QTc interval prolonged, self fatigue rating score, time required for reaching submaximal exercise heart rate, left ventricular end diastolic diameter, and ejection fraction of the three groups 3 months after the treatment were significantly different from those before the treatment (P<0. 05). Conclusions:This study shows that Risperi-done, Ziprasidone and Clozapine can cause varying degrees of adverse effects on cardiac function, and with the prolongation of time, the extent of the effects is increasing;however, compared with Clozapine, Risperidone and Ziprasidone have less cardiac effects.%目的：：探讨不同抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者心功能的影响。方法：选取精神分裂症患者156例,随机分为利培酮组、氯氮平组、齐拉西酮组,每组各52例。在用药前、后对3组患者进行心电图、心脏超声检查及运动平板实验,并评估其心功能。结果：用药后3月末,3组患者的QTc间值、自我疲劳等级分数、达亚极量心率、所需时间、左室舒张末内径、射血分数,与用药前比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：3组患者的研究结果表明,利培酮、氯氮平和齐拉西酮均会对心功能造成不同程度的利影响,用药时间延长,作用程度呈上升趋势；利培酮比氯氮平、齐拉西酮对心功能的影响较小。
