Objective: To improve admission education quality for psychiatric patients by applying quality control circle (QCC). Methods:Through founding QCC, selecting theme, planning activity program, and analyzing the situation and influencing factors, the circle members jointed to develop measures which would be implemented as planned. The rates of admission education awareness were compared to confirm the activity results. Results: The admission education quality of the patients was improved after the application of QCC. Conclusions: The application of QCC improves the admission education quality for the psychiatric patients and their satisfaction.%目的：开展品管圈活动提高精神科患者入院宣教质量。方法：成立品管圈，选定活动主题，拟定活动计划，分析现状及影响因素，圈员共同拟定对策并按计划实施，比较活动后患者入院宣教知晓率，从而确认活动效果。结果：品管圈活动实施后，履行入院宣传的护士宣教率由77.6%提高至98%，内容知晓率为68%调高至95%。团队和谐程度、积极性、团队凝聚力、自信心、沟通协调力、QCC 手法掌握能力、解决问题的能力7项内容均有一定的提高。结论：通过品管圈活动的开展，提高了精神障碍患者入院宣教质量及患者的满意度。
