目的：对比分析超声弹性成像(ultrasonic elastography, UE)与二维超声在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法：对经活检或手术病理结果证实的178例患者作为研究对象,对178例患者的超声弹性成像图进行回顾性分析,在 UE≥4分为诊断乳腺癌的标准。结果：UE 诊断乳腺癌的准确率88.2%,普通二维超声诊断乳腺癌的准确率79.2%。结论：在乳腺癌的诊断中,UE 可作为一项新的辅助手段,与二维超声结合起来检查,可大大提高乳腺癌诊断的准确性。%Objective:To compare the value of ultrasonography elastography (UE) and two-dimensional ultrasonagraphy in di-agnosis of breast cancer. Methods:178 patients with breast cancer diagnosed with biopsy and surgical pathology enrolled in this study. All the patients were examined by UE and two-dimensional ultrasonagraphy and retrospectively analyzed. The result greater than or e-qual to 4 was used as the diagnostic criteria of breast Carcinoma. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of the UE examination was 88. 2% , while that of two-dimensional ultrasonagraphy was 79. 2% . Conclusions: In the diagnosis of breast carcinoma, UE can be used as a new auxiliary mean and combine with two-dimensional ultrasonagraphy in order to greatly improve the accuracy of diagnosis of breast carcinoma.
