北京市59所养老机构服务质量的综合评价

         

摘要

目的:对北京市养老机构的服务质量进行调查和综合评价,为相关标准的研究和制定提供理论依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,对北京市59所养老机构进行调查,并利用综合评价的方式,将养老机构服务质量分为优、中、差三档。结果:北京市养老机构服务质量参差不齐。结论:北京市养老机构服务质量参差不齐,管理部门应加快制定养老机构服务质量管理与评价标准,最大程度的保障老年人权益。%Objective:To describe and comprehensively evaluate the current service quality status in long-term facilities in Beijing and provide a theoretical basis for research and development of related criteria. Methods:59 long-term facilities completed a questionnaire. Through the comprehensive evaluation, the quality was classifies as excellent, good and poor. Results:Uneven service quality of the long-term facilities in Beijing was found. Conclusions:Currently, service quality in the long-term care facilities is une-ven, and managers should accelerate the development of service quality management and evaluation criteria, in order to ensure continu-ous improvement and to protect rights of the old to the greatest degree.
