RhoA信号通路在胃癌中的研究进展

         

摘要

Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China.The molecular mechanism of its gene-sis and development has not been elucidated yet.Ras homolog gene family member A,a Ras homologous gene superfamily member,encoding a small molecule guanosine triphosphatase,is an important intracellular signaling molecule switch.It regu-lates cell proliferation,cell migration,assembly of cytoskeleton and cell adhesion through the cell cycle and gene expression regulation and control.RhoA has been shown to play a key role in carcinogenesis and progression.RhoA gene mutation is an important molecular feature of genomic stable gastric cancers.RhoA signaling pathway plays an important role in the carci-nogenesis,invasion,metastasis and multidrug resistance of gastric cancer,and is related to the prognosis of gastric cancer. Therefore,it may be a potential molecular target for the treatment of gastric cancer.%胃癌是中国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发生、发展分子机制尚未阐明.Ras同源基因家族成员A(RhoA)编码小分子鸟苷三磷酸酶,是重要的细胞内信号分子开关,它通过调控细胞周期和基因表达调节细胞增殖、运动、细胞骨架装配及细胞周期等,在肿瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用.其中,RhoA基因突变是基因组稳定型胃癌的重要分子特征.而RhoA信号通路在胃癌的发生、浸润、转移及多药耐药机制中发挥重要作用,且与胃癌的预后相关.因此,其可能成为胃癌基因治疗中的一个潜在分子靶点.
