To investigate the current pohicy implemeating status of clinical laborafory results mutual acceptance,and explore the reasons cohy The work of clinical laboratory results mutual acceptance is carried out more slowly.The reasons includes:the reimbursement mechanism and the mode of payment held up the sharing of clinical laboratory ; the diversiform of testing system incrcased the technological difficulty of comparison ; the limitation of quality control technique of tests.It is recommended to make more rolevant studies,take measurements to consolidate the mutual acceptance tests established,and extend the scope of mutual acceptance to preliminary medical services and increasing the staring of laboratory.%调查全国医学检验结果互认实施现状,分析探讨我国医学检验结果互认工作推进不快的原因,主要原因有:补偿机制、支付方式等制度环境不利于医学检验结果共享；多样的检测系统增加了比对的技术难度；检验项目本身的质量控制技术限制.建议加大相关理论研究和措施巩固已有互认项目,逐步扩大医学检验结果互认范围到基层医疗机构,鼓励校准实验室和独立实验室建设,增加共享,真正解决重复检查和医学检验结果互认难题.
