医院绩效管理与服务营销伦理责任探讨

         

摘要

Interest-Oriented is vital to hospital performance management.Hospital services marketing will lose power without interests guide.Interest is the foundation of moral and hospital should not harm social benefits in the pursuit of their own interests.Therefore, we must pay attention to the performance evaluation of the value orientation of the hospital services, standard the moral regulation of the hospital services marketing, serve for public interest, assert our moral, achieve a moral positiort of selfish and altruism.Hospital will assume moral responsibility through ethical management, self-discipline and the pursuit of benevolence and good management goals.%医院绩效管理的利益导向至关重要.如果医院服务营销没有利益导向,便会失去动力.利益是道德的基础,医院不应在自身利益的激励下,损害社会利益.因此,要注重绩效考评的价值取向,规范医院服务营销的伦理调节,坚持公益性,调动积极性,坚守道德底线,实现"利已又利他"的道德定位.通过伦理经营、自律管理,追求仁与善的经营目标,担当起伦理责任.
