膨胀循环发动机采用箱压自身启动,启动的初始能源来自箱压和以推力室为主的结构换热.发动机完成一次工作后,先后要经历一次关机、滑行、预冷、二次点火/启动等一系列复杂过程,导致发动机空间二次启动与地面启动、一次启动存在着显著差异,在地面完全真实地模拟这一过程十分困难.采用地面模拟试验、真空模拟试验和数值仿真相结合的方法,对膨胀循环发动机空间二次启动所涉及的若干技术问题进行研究.%The start-up of expander-cycle engine is a self start-up process under the tank pressure. The original power for start-up came from the pressure of tank and the heat transfer with hardware, mostly with thrust chamber. After first-cutoff, the engine would go through a series of complicated processes such as cutoff coast, pre-cooled, and second-ignition/start. It would result in a huge difference between the restart of engine in space and the start-up on ground or first-start. And these processes is difficult to be simulated on the ground accurately. Research on the Restart of expander-cycle engine in space is carried out in this paper by means of the combination of ground /vacuum simulate tests and numeral simulation.
