异形南五味子为民间药凤庆鸡血藤和地血香的基原植物,具有祛风除湿、行气止痛、舒筋活络等功能.现代研究表明,异形南五味子中主要含木脂素和三萜等成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗氧化、保肝等活性.本文对异形南五味子化学成分及药理活性的研究进行整理和总结,为有效开发和利用异形南五味子资源提供参考.%Kadsura heteroclita is the original plant of folk medicine FengQingJiXieTeng and DiXieXiang with the functions of dispelling wind and dampness,regulating the flow of qi to alleviate pain,and stimulating the circulation of blood and causing the muscles and joints to relax.Lignans and triterpenoids are the principal components,which exhibit antitumor,antiviral,anti-oxidation and hepatoprotection activities in recent studies.In this paper,the chemical constituents of K.heteroclita and their pharmacological activities are reviewed,which would be helpful to provide a reference for further development and utilization of K.heteroclita resources.
