目的 了解护理人员感知的组织氛围与工作投入现状,探讨二者的相关性.方法 采用护理组织氛围量表和护理人员工作投入量表对465名临床护理人员进行调查.结果 护理人员感知到的组织氛围总分为(149.24±21.36)分,工作投入总分为(52.80±6.31)分.护理人员感知的组织氛围总分及各维度得分与工作投入均呈正相关(均P<0.01).结论 护理人员感知到的组织氛围和工作投入总体处于中等偏上水平.护理管理者应营造良好的组织氛围,促使其以积极状态投入护理工作,从而提高护理质量.%Objective To study the correlation of nurse -perceived organizational atmosphere climate and their job involvement. Method About 465 clinical nurses were involved in the investigation by nursing organizational climate scale and work engagement scale. Results The total score on the organizational climate and job involvement were (149.24 ± 21.36) and (52.80 ± 6.31), respectively. The nurse -perceived organizational climate was positively correlated with job involvement ( P <0.01). Conclusions The nurse-perceived organizational climate and job involvement are at a medium level. Nursing managers should create a good organizational climate and promote their positive status into nursing, thereby improving the quality of care.
