本文从当前思想政治理论课教与学隐性缺失的现实问题出发,对思想政治理论课教学主导的构成维度进行了分析。继而基于高校思想政治理论课主导维度的有力生成,阐释了理论课教师教学主导建构的实践原则,并指出了理论课教师教学主导能力提升的基本路径。%This paper analyzes the dimension of teaching leading of ideological and political theory course from the current problems ideological and political theory course teaching and learning. Then, the practical princi-ples of teaching leading construction of theoretical courses are explained, and the basic ways of improving the teaching leading ability of theoretical courses are pointed out based on the powerful generation of ideological and political theory course’s leading dimensions in colleges and universities.
