Objective It is to observe the effect of therapeutic effect of Reduning injection on inflammatory cytokines and T lymphocyte subtypes in plasma in the treatment of children with viral pneumonia.Methods 140 children with viral pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group (70 cases) and control group (70 cases).The control group was given basic treatment,additionally the observation group was given Reduning injection.The changes of scores of symptoms and signs and plasma levels of cytokine TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD3 +,CD4+,CD8 + and CD4 +/CD8+) were observed before treatment and after treatment for 7 days in both groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment for 7 days,the scores of pulmonitis symptoms and signs,the plasma levels of cytokine TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 were significantly lower than that before treatment in both groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the decrease were more significant in the observation group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the contents of CD3 + and CD8 + in peripheral blood were higher while the contents of CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + were lower than before treatment in both groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the improvement of each index in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Reduning injection can im prove the therapeutic effect of children with viral pneumonia,which may be related to the reduction of inflammatory response and the regulation of immune function,it is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 观察热毒宁注射液治疗病毒性肺炎患儿疗效及对血浆中炎性细胞因子和T淋巴细胞亚型的影响.方法 将140例病毒性肺炎患儿随机分成观察组70例和对照组70例.对照组给予基础治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予热毒宁注射液,观察2组治疗前及治疗7d后症状体征评分及血浆细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+和CD4 +/CD8+)变化情况.结果 观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).2组治疗7d后肺炎症状体征评分和血浆细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均明显低于治疗前(P均＜0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P均＜0.05);2组治疗后外周血中CD3+、CD8+含量均较治疗前升高(P均＜0.05),CD4+、CD4 +/CD8+含量均明显下降(P均＜0.05),观察组各指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P均＜0.05).结论 热毒宁注射液能够提高病毒性肺炎患儿的治疗效果,可能与其降低炎症反应及调节免疫功能有关,值得临床推广使用.
