Existing problems ate found out by analyzing the facility layout of one workshop. Systematic Layout Planning( SLP) is applied to analyzed material and non-material flow interrelation of the workshop,and the best layout scheme of the workshop is designed. The scheme can make the workshop attain the logistics smooth, transport a short route, and effectively utilized working room and resource. So,the purpose of improving production efficiency of the enterprise is got.%通过对某生产车间的设施布置进行分析,找出了存在的问题,运用系统布置设计(SLP)方法对车间进行物流和非物流关系分析,并设计出最佳的布置方案,使车间达到了物流顺畅和搬运路线最短,空间和资源得到了有效地利用,提高了企业的生产效率.
