Based on IPC and PLC, a distributed master-slave precision dispensing control system of batching was developed.IPC is responsible for the material, formula, process, production information management and monitoring of the whole process of batching;PLC is responsible for motion control.A new iterative learning method is introduced, meanwhile, the overall scheme of the control system and the software and hardware structure are introduced.The practical operation proves that the system is feasible, reliable, friendly interface, simple operation, high accuracy, and achieves the expected goal.%基于工控机和PLC,开发了一套色母粒生产主从分布式精密配料控制系统.其中,工控上位主机主要负责对物料、配方、工艺、生产信息进行管理以及整个配料过程的监控,PLC主要实现具体动作控制.提出了一种新的迭代自学习配料落差处理方法,同时也介绍了控制系统的总体方案以及软硬件结构.实际运行证明开发的系统可行、可靠,人机界面友好,操作简单,配料精确高,达到了预期目标.
