基于iSIGHT的主轴动静态性能优化设计方法

         

摘要

主轴的变形和振动是影响机床加工质量和切削效率的主要因素之一.为提高主轴的静动态性能,提出了一种基于iSIGHT多学科优化集成软件环境的主轴结构优化设计方法和系统仿真流程.利用iSIGHT和APDL构建了一套结构优化集成系统,实现机床主轴的多目标优化设计.针对某型号卧式加工中心的主轴,应用自适应模拟退火算法对其结构参数进行优化.分析结果表明机床主轴动静态性能有一定程度的提高,优化方法是可行有效的.%Deformation and vibration of the spindle is one of the main reasons which affect the machining quality and machining efficiency. In order to improve the static and dynamic characteristics of spindle, a method of structural optimization and an optimum process based on iSIGHT were proposed. An integrated software system for the spindle multi-objective optimization was built using iSIGHT and APDL. The spindle of certain horizontal machining center was taken as an instance, the Adaptive Simulated Annealing (ASA) was chosen to optimize the structural parameters. The results demonstrate that the dynamic and static characteristics of spindle are improved and the proposed optimization method is feasible and effective.
