酿酒葡萄皮渣中白藜芦醇的抗氧化活性研究

         

摘要

本文利用甲醇溶剂对酿酒葡萄皮渣进行浸提,得到白藜芦醇粗提物.粗提物通过硅胶柱层析进行纯化.然后,研究了白藜芦醇的氧自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基、DPPH自由基的清除能力.结果显示:白藜芦醇具有很强的自由基清除能力和抗氧化能力,并且随着浓度的增加,抗氧化能力增强.%In this paper,the crude rasveratrol from wine grape pomace using methanol extraction was purified by silica gel column chromatography. Then, the antioxidant activity of resveratrol was investigated, including oxygen radical capacity and 2,2-diphenyl-l-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging capacity. The results indicated that resveratrol had significant scavenging and antioxidant activity and those antioxidant properties of resveratrol depended on concentra-tion and increased with the increasing concentration of sample.
