The quality of municipal engineering depends on standardized management in the process of construction practice. In order to create a high quality project, we must to base on the details, grasp the stream of people, logistics, information and funds for construction, strictly control the quality of each process. This paper stated a construction process quality management method by information system according to the main content of the municipal engineering construction process. In addition,this paper realized the layre-management, the ful process and meticulous management of municipal engineering quality.%市政工程的质量实际上来自各个施工主体在施工实践过程中对工序的规范化管理。为了打造优质工程，施工单位必须坚持从细节抓起，掌握施工中的人流、物流、信息流、资金流，对施工过程中各个工序的质量进行严格把关。本文首先以市政工程施工工序质量管理的主要内容为依据，阐述了基于信息系统的施工工序质量管理的实现手段。其次对市政工程施工工序的质量进行分层管理，实现了对市政工程质量的全流程、精细化地管理。
