PEG 模拟干旱胁迫对8个地域小茴香种子萌发的影响

         

摘要

Drought resistances of 8 fennel varieties in seed germination period were studied in six areas under simulated drought stress with PEG-6000 of different concentration. The results showed that the fennel seed germination rate, germina-tion potential and germination index all showed a downward trend with increasing of drought stress. The germination peak was delayed with the increasing of PEG-6000 concentration until no peak occurred when the concentration increased to 150 mg/mL. The critical PEG concentrations for fennel seed germination were between 150~200 mg/mL. The Haiyuan No.1 orig-inal fennel seed can be promoted as the main varieties in the main fennel planting area in Haiyuan, while Wuyuan, Minqin and Datong are not suitable for planting in the local area due to poor drought resistance.%利用 PEG-6000不同浓度模拟干旱胁迫对6个地域的8个品种小茴香种子萌发期的抗旱性进行研究。结果表明:各地域小茴香种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数都随干旱胁迫的加剧而呈下降趋势;发芽高峰期也随 PEG-6000浓度增加而延后,浓度增大到150 mg/mL 时没有明显的高峰期;小茴香种子萌发的临界 PEG 浓度在150~200 mg/mL。海原1号小茴香可作为海原小茴香主栽区主要品种进行推广,五原、民勤和大同小茴香抗旱性较差,不适宜在当地推广种植。
