六种草坪地被植物耐旱性试验研究

         

摘要

利用隶属函数和动态聚类方法,综合分析6种草坪地被植物的耐旱性。结果表明,叶绿素(chl)、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)等5个生理生化指标在6种草坪地被植物间存在显著性差异。其中,金鸡菊和金盏菊叶绿素含量较高;百日草和天人菊脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性和过氧化物酶活性较高;金鸡菊和百日草丙二醛含量较低。通过隶属函数和动态聚类分析,初步将6种草坪地被植物的耐旱性划分为3类;胁迫前期,醉蝶花、金鸡菊和金盏菊表现为高耐旱性,百日草表现为中耐旱性,金鱼草和天人菊属低耐旱性;胁迫后期,百日草和天人菊表现为高耐旱性,金鱼草、金鸡菊和醉蝶花表现为中耐旱性,金盏菊属低耐旱性。%The drought tolerances of six kinds of ground cover plants were analyzed synthetically by using the membership function and the dynamic clustering method. The results showed that there are significant differences existing in the five physiological and biochemical indexes, namely, chlorophyll (chl), malondialdehyde (MDA), proline (Pro), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD), among the six kinds of ground cover plants. Among them, the chlorophyll content of drummondii Torr. and were relatively higher,the proline content and enzymatic activity of SOD and POD of and were relatively higher, and the MDA content of and was relatively lower. The drought tolerances of six kinds of ground cover plants were divided into three categories preliminary by using the membership function and the dynamic clustering analysis. The , and showed high drought tolerances, showed a medium drought tolerance and the L. and showed low drought tolerances in the early stress period. The and showed high drought tolerances,the L., and showed medium drought tolerances and the showed a low drought tolerance in the later stress period.
