动力总成悬置系统优化隔振性能的实践

         

摘要

A multi-body dynamics model for analyzing power-train mounting system is established by adopting MSC ADAMS/View. The correctness of the model is verified by the measurement data of the vibration response of each component of the mounting system in idling condition. According to energy decoupling theory, the stiffness of each component of the mounting system is considered as the design variable, and the reasonable matching of natural frequency is taken as the restraint. Then, the best improvement of the energy decoupling of the power-train in the direction of stimulation is selected as optimization target to improve the vibration characteristics of an economic car in idling condition. The result shows that, considering stiffness as the design variable only can realize the improvement of decoupling property. To gain the complete decoupling, some other influencing factors should be taken into consideration.%采用MSC ADAMS/View建立动力总成悬置系统多体动力学模型,并结合怠速工况下各悬置元件振动响应测试结果验证模型的正确性.根据能量法解耦理论,以各悬置元件刚度为设计变量,以固有频率合理匹配为约束,选取动力总成在激励作用方向能量解耦度的提高为优化目标,改善某经济型轿车在怠速工况时的振动特性.结果表明,仅以刚度为设计变量在一定程度可以实现解耦度的提高,要达到完全解耦,还需考虑其它影响因素.
