In this experiment the iron-removed and bleached attapulgite clay was used as raw material, and the technology of synthesis of zeolite was studied. The structure of products was characterized by the methods of the microscope, SEM, IR and XRD. The performances of products were analyzed by measuring the whiteness index and calcium exchanging capability. The experiment shows that the iron-removed and bleached attapulgite clay can be synthesized into the 4A zeolite with good performances. The best technical conditions are as following: the molar ratio of SiO_2/Al_2O_3 is 2 : 1, the molar ratio of Na_2O/SiO_2 is 1.5 : 1, the molar ratio of H_2/Na_2O is 60 : 1, and the reaction time is 6h, and at this time the calcium exchanging capability of the product is 335.6mgCaCO_3/g. In this experiment a new kind of raw material is provided for the synthesis of 4A zeolite and this technology can widen the application fields of the attapulgite clay.%本实验以除铁增白后的凹凸棒黏土矿为原料,对合成分子筛的工艺进行了研究,并对合成出的产品通过显微镜、SEM、IR、XRD等检测手段对其结构进行了表征,以及通过测量白度和钙交换量对其性能进行了分析.结果表明,除铁增白后的凹凸棒黏土矿可合成出性能良好的4A分子筛,最佳工艺条件为:硅铝比为2:1,碱硅比为1.5:1,水碱比为60:1,合成时间为6h,此时钙交换量为335.6mgCaCO_3/g.本实验为分子筛的合成提供了一种新的原材料,拓宽了凹凸棒黏土矿的应用范围.
